Mega Mansion 2 Estate Map

How the 12-player neighborhood, Classic house, and Cliff slope actually sit — no fake Tropical lots.

Estate Map

Mega Mansion 2 does not ship a labeled world map with numbered lots. This page is the working map players actually need: how a 12-player server is laid out, how to find an empty plot, where Classic Mega Mansion lives versus Cliff Mansion, and which original-game properties are not on this place. The video below is original Mega Mansion Tycoon floor progress. Use it as a “walk every new floor” habit. Do not treat Beach House or a gaming-room thumbnail as a sequel lot.

Live place 71394819414417 holds 12 players per server (the original tycoon used 6). Plots are claimed by stepping on an unowned pad. Progress autosaves to your account, so the same house appears in public lobbies and in a private server. You are not maintaining two tycoons.

The neighborhood (12 plots, one collector each)

Think of the server as a street of pads, not an open-world RPG. Each claimed plot has its own cash collector. Standing on a neighbor’s giver is rude and can stall their income. If you cannot see an empty pad:

  1. Rotate the camera and zoom out once. New players often stand in a finished driveway and assume the map is full.
  2. Walk the street. Claim pads sit at plot level, not in the sky.
  3. Hop servers if twelve houses are already owned.
  4. Open a free private server when you only need space to buy pads. Return to public when you want house visits.

There is no documented Trello board and no official plot-number overlay. Discord (community links) is for bugs and party invites, not a coordinate sheet we can paste here.

Classic Mega Mansion — the first estate on your pad

Classic is the sequential house: foyer and wings unlock as buy pads, not as a separate island you teleport to. On the ground, learn four landmarks in this order:

  • Collector — income sits here until you walk it, or until Auto Collect (630 Robux) does. Map your first session around this point. Details: make money.
  • Driveway / garage line — cars spawn here when you buy them. It is a trophy lane, not a second collector. Leave it until rooms are walkable.
  • Interior wings — each pad opens a room, stair, or hall. The 100% walkthrough is pad order, not a maze puzzle.
  • Roof and balcony leftovers — the pads people miss before Classic 100%. After a purchase, tilt the camera up and walk the last wing again.

If you feel lost inside Classic, you are usually between the collector and a new wing you have not slow-walked. Zoom out, find the giver, then buy the nearest unbought pad. Classic Mega Mansion is the 100% route for this estate.

Cliff Mansion — slope, terraces, island look

Cliff is the second 100% estate. Hero art and the official Mega Mansion Tycoon 2 trailer show a car climbing a villa slope and a helicopter over water. In play, treat Cliff as:

  • A longer walk between collector and pad than Classic.
  • Terraces and ledges that hide buy pads at camera angles you skip at eye level.
  • An island / cliff silhouette, not a copy of original Tropical House or Mega Yacht.

Do not start Cliff because the thumbnail looks bigger. Classic 100% is the easier badge (~2.9%). Cliff is the rare one (~0.3%). The slope is mapped on Cliff Mansion. Super Jump (39 Robux) helps ledges. Run (35 Robux) shortens the collector commute. Neither pass is a map unlock.

What is not on this map

Original Mega Mansion Tycoon added Beach House, Penthouse, Tropical House, Mega Yacht, and a Secret Island over years of patches. Mega Mansion 2’s public badge board still only lists Welcome To MMT2, 100% Classic Mega Mansion, and 100% Cliff Mansion. If a YouTube chapter says “tropical lot” or “yacht dock” on MMT2, it is original footage. Keep the conversion chart on sequel vs original.

Blueprints and art are collectables you hunt inside rooms and on neighbor tours, not separate map pins. Hunt method: blueprints. There is no honest spawn coordinate list as of 7 September 2026.

Movement on the map

Mega Mansion 2 uses standard Roblox movement. Controls covers PC, mobile, and gamepad. You do not need a pass to claim a plot or buy a pad. Zoom the camera out on phones so collector and next pad share the frame. If public plots feel cramped, the map did not shrink — the lobby filled. Hop or use a private instance.

Like and favorite the Roblox page if you want the small social bonuses the studio still mentions. They are not map unlocks. Group 7947655 cash is the only documented free $5,000.

Use this page when you cannot find a pad or you are mixing Classic halls with Cliff terraces. Use the walkthrough when the question is which 100% to finish, not where the street is.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Mega Mansion 2 questions.

Is there an official Mega Mansion 2 Trello or numbered map?

No public Trello or plot-number overlay is published. Use this estate map plus Discord on community links for bugs, not fake coordinates.

How do I find an empty plot?

Zoom out, walk the street of pads, and hop if all 12 lots are taken. A private server is the quiet alternative.

Where is Cliff Mansion relative to Classic?

Cliff is a second estate with slope terraces, not a wing of Classic. Finish Classic Mega Mansion first, then Cliff Mansion.

Are Tropical House and Mega Yacht on the Mega Mansion 2 map?

No. Those lots belong to original Mega Mansion Tycoon. Confirm badges on the badges list.

Do blueprints have map pins?

Not that we can document. Hunt rooms and neighbor galleries with the blueprints method.
