Mega Mansion 2 How to visit houses

Walk in, copy pad order, stay off the collector, and host friends on a free private server.

Visit Other Player Houses

Visiting other players’ houses is a listed Mega Mansion 2 feature, not a glitch. Servers hold 12 people, plots sit in a shared neighborhood, and a finished estate is meant to be walked. This page is the how-to: how to get onto someone else’s pad, how not to ruin their collector, how to steal layout ideas without being rude, and when to move the party into a free private server.

If you still think this is a single-player tycoon, read the players hub first. Online visits are the social loop. Roleplay hosting lives on the sibling roleplay page. Here we stay on guest behavior and learning from other plots.

How to visit a house

Join a public server and look for claimed plots that already have walls. You do not need a party invite to walk a public neighborhood. Leave your own plot, follow the roads or paths between estates, and enter through the obvious front or drive. If a host is standing in chat with a Wild Atelier group tag, they are often willing to lead. If the plot is empty of a player but full of rooms, you can still walk it — progress is on their account, not in your way.

You cannot take their cash. You cannot steal their 100%. Autosave keeps everyone’s rooms on their own profiles. Visiting is look-don’t-loot. If a door, gate, or vehicle is in the way, walk around it. Do not spam jump on furniture to “test” it. Do not park a car you just bought on their lawn; your driveway is at home, and that car was probably a mistake if Classic Mega Mansion is not 100% yet. Check the car tier list later. You are here to walk rooms.

When the public lobby is a ghost town, hop servers. Twelve slots fill with a mix of new plots and finished Classics. Cliff 100% houses are rarer; if you find one, tour it slowly and treat it as a layout exam. The mansion ranks page explains why Cliff is the prestige stop and Classic is the one you will see most often.

Etiquette that keeps you invited

Stay off the collector. In a tycoon, the collector is the host’s paycheck. Standing on it, dancing on it, or blocking the path to it is the fastest way to get ignored in chat. Give the host space to buy the next pad. Do not follow them pad-to-pad offering “tips” unless they asked. Do not demand they drop what they are doing to give you a guided tour. Ask once. If they say later, walk yourself.

Copying layout ideas is polite. Asking someone to list every pad price in chat is not. Take mental notes: which wing went up first, where the garage sits relative to the door, how art is grouped, whether cars face the street. Then go home and spend your cash in that order. The how to play loop still applies — collect, buy the next room, collect. A neighbor’s 80% Classic is a living guide. A neighbor’s 20% Cliff is a warning not to split cash.

Voice is not supported on the experience listing, so text chat is the tour bus. Keep it short. “Mind if I walk through?” is enough. “Nice cliff” is enough. Do not drop script ads. Do not ask for promo codes; there are none. Point code-hunters at the codes hub and the free rewards group bonus instead.

If you are the host, you still have etiquette. Leave a path from the street to the collector. If you are AFK with Auto Collect (630 Robux), guests can walk without stepping on your income. If you are buying pads live, a “building, walk around” line in chat saves everyone. VIP (325 Robux) does not entitle you to be rude; it is a flex pass, not a bouncer license. Price it on the game pass tool if you care. Guests care about clear floors.

Copying layouts without copying mistakes

Look for 100% Classics before you look for unique taste. Pad order is the lesson. Furniture taste is optional. Blueprints and art rooms are worth photographing once the shell is complete; they are not a reason to stall your own 100%. If a host has a full hypercar driveway and a missing wing, copy the wing plan from someone else. That host failed the tier list on purpose.

Cliff layouts are scarce. When you find a rare 100%, note vertical paths and long walks. Super Jump (39 Robux) and Run (35 Robux) only matter here if you are touring with the host; they are not required to visit. Do not tell a new player to buy them “for visiting.” Visiting is free.

Private servers as a tour lab

Private servers are free. Use them when you want a quiet walkthrough for friends, a screenshot session, or a roleplay party without twelve random plots. Progress autosaves, so the mansion you build in public is the mansion you show in private. You are not resetting. You are choosing the guest list.

A private server is a bad place to learn pad order, because you will not see strangers’ 100% estates. Learn in public. Host in private. If a friend is stuck, bring them to a public lobby, walk two finished Classics, then return to your instance to spend cash. That is the whole trick.

Bring a note — even a mental one — of pad order, art walls, and driveway discipline from the last public tour. Public lobbies teach; private servers present. After you walk two finished Classics and one Cliff shell, your own plot stops being a guess, and the next guest can copy you instead.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Mega Mansion 2 questions.

How do I visit another player's house in Mega Mansion 2?

Join a 12-player server, leave your plot, and walk into a claimed estate. Public neighborhoods are open. For a friend-only walkthrough, use a free private server and follow the players hub social notes.

Will visiting someone else delete my mansion?

No. Progress autosaves on your account. Visiting is look-don’t-loot. You cannot take their rooms, cash, or 100% badges.

What is considered rude when touring?

Blocking the collector, parking on their lawn, spamming furniture, and demanding a guided tour. Ask once, walk around pads, and copy layout ideas quietly. Hosting rules sit on the roleplay page.

Should I copy other players' layouts?

Yes. Pad order is a public puzzle. Copy finished Classic Mega Mansion plots for the first 100%, and treat a finished Cliff Mansion as a rare exam, not a beginner template.

When should I use a private server?

When you already know what to build and want a quiet guest list. Private servers are free. Learn pad order in public 12-player lobbies, then present the estate in private.

Do I need Robux to visit houses?

No. Visits are free. Run, Super Jump, VIP, and car passes are optional host toys. Rank them on the game pass tool if you host; skip them if you are only walking.
